Project Scope: Prototype created to establish an online presence for a local dog service in Sao Paulo, previously limited to word of mouth reach. Designed for users aged 20 to 50 who prefer booking through a simple intuitive platform. Besides showcasing the services that she offered, the website also supports basic booking management.

The client approached me to design a digital product as she was eager to expand her dog boarding business beyond her local neighborhood in Sao Paulo. we held two 30 minute meetings to align on her visual identity, business goals, and current challenges.
From these sessions, we identified three key problems to address:
Following these meetings, I conducted a competitive analysis. The main areas for improvement I identified were design clarity, mobile responsiveness, and platform functionality.

Based on client interviews and competitor analysis, we decided to structure the website using a clear content hierarchy, even within a single page application, as preferred by both the client and developer.
One key requirement that emerged from the research was the inclusion of an “Edit”button during the reservation process. This feature allows users to easily add more services without starting over, which streamlined the user experience. Additionally, we included a direct contact option, giving users the chance to connect with the team and feel more confident about who will be caring for their dog
